Total Barre

Total Barre focuses on Biomechanical Movement.

Exercises are done standing or sitting holding onto a wall mounted barre. Exercises focuses on muscular endurance, new gross motor skills, improvement of coordination, flexibility and mobility. 

Total Barre focuses on power and strength.

Exercises are done to music, it is FUN and Enjoyable!

Small props are to give an added challenge.

It will increase respiration, bump your heart rate, leaving you feeling energized! It is a full body workout and calorie burner. The exercises will challenge you giving you inner focus and inner strength.
